1.Up to two villians for free.
2.Villians must have a qualifyinf power.
3.You must list your villians intentions.
4.Villians are not allowed to powerplay against hero's and vice versa.
5.Age limit is 28
6.Youngest villian can be 8.
7.Hero parents does not mean hero kids and vice versa.
8.Your Villian must have a special title.
9.Villian's can switch sides,but you must notify an admin about the switch.
10.Have fun!
